PLP Africa has established a French-language operations centre in CyberCity, Ebene, Mauritius. With leading technical infrastructure and staff recruited from leading local customer-centric businesses. This contact centre will not only service existing contracts in Mauritius (such as CimpleLife, the innovative Staff Engagement programme for Cim Group), but also additional French-language requirements across Africa. The PLP contact centre in Mauritius currently services clients in English, Creole and French.
Blue Sky, the PLP-developed Customer Loyalty and Engagement programme for the Standard Bank Group has grown wings. After a successful launch in Lesotho in 2013, Stanbic Bank Zambia has contracted PLP to deliver the programme to its private and prestige banking clients. Launched at a gala dinner in Lusaka in April, 2015, Blue Sky will bring specially selected benefits and rewards to Stanbic’s top clients in Zambia.
