The team at PLP Africa continues to create innovative ways to engage with our members on our HR programmes. The Get Involved initiative involves an annual competition whereby members receive invitations to get involved each month while wearing a branded silicone band. The member will take selfies of themselves doing specific tasks and load them onto the Get Involved platform on the programmes bespoke website. Members will be able to “like “their colleagues photos and various theme related prizes will be given during the roll out of the competition. The concept creates a sense of camaraderie with the employees at the same time creating top of mind awareness for the employee that the company is not just “their employer”. Get Involved creates a sense of work life balance by adding some fun into the day to day work experience.
