Case Study - Standard Lesotho Bank

In 2013 PLP designed a loyalty programme for Standard Lesotho Bank, with the goal of driving deeper engagement with their premium and private banking clients, acquiring new customers and ensuring the bank’s products were always “front-of-wallet”.

Our team created Blue Sky, a rewards and benefits programme that’s available 24/7 and where dedicated lifestyle managers will simplify a client’s life. Membership and usage of Blue Sky continues to grow and has proven to be an excellent source of publicity and exposure for the bank.
